This makes me want to wander the world, hopefully I will be able to do so soon... I think it would work better just a bit cleaner, but extremely fitting overall.

It's always difficult to make a transition from one feeling to another, at least for me at this point, but I think you managed to do it naturally, how I think it should be. This sure evokes the forgotten and the journey ambient it was created to.

So this is the first from you I could find... I don't know if you reworked this later on, but at this point, with some tweaking, it would fit excelent as a credit's theme in a melancholic yet hopeful scene.
